At Inka Arthouse, we want you to be completely enamored with your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard prints and frames.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube or box to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
